At Fathead, we want you to love your space, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy on all standard inventory items in their original packaging. Please note that custom creations and life-sized standees are made-to-order and are generally non-returnable unless a manufacturing defect is present.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to start the process and select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Once approved, download and print your prepaid shipping label and include the original packing slip inside your return box.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Carefully roll your Fathead decals back into their original shipping tube or flat packaging to ensure they are protected during transit.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
